Huddersfield Town – Castle Hill Tower Design

Magical design based on Castle Hill Tower just outside Huddersfield Town in West Yorkshire.

Lockdown has meant that I have had to close my tattoo studio for the foreseeable future. I am missing my clients and looking forward to the day when I can get up and running again.

One plus though is that it has given me time to upload some of the designs that I have been working on.

This design of Castle Hill near Huddersfield Town is one of my favourites.

I love the drama of Victoria Tower on Castle Hill. I always thought it looked like something out of a dramatic fairytale. The legend of Castle Hill states that a dragon lives under the hill so I wanted to draw the castle as I see it in my minds eye. Part of a magical and mythical landscape.

I am so chuffed to say that I have completed an intensive development course in Medical Tattooing. This means that I am now trained, licensed and insured to carry out work on scars and burns as well as other forms of medical tattooing.

Medical Tattooing covers a wide range of areas that can all help to improve the skins appearance after surgery or trauma by the use of techniques such as dry needling/MCA Micro needling through to camouflage techniques with permanent or semi permanent pigments.

The appearance of scars can be improved. Knotted areas can be helped to smooth and relax and missing features can be replicated, for example in the case of nipples lost through mastectomy surgery. Scars can also be improved to ensure that a beautiful decorative tattoo design can cover them.
